Bikram Yoga Brooklyn Class Schedule

 
Classes are offered seven days a week 365 days a year and are 90 minutes long. You don't need to make a reservation. Just show up about 15 minutes before class starts. Please be prompt, as the front door is locked at class start time.

Bring two large towels, one hand towel, bottled water and mat. Water can be purchased at the studio. Mats and towels can be rented or purchased.

Women can wear shorts or leggings and a sports bra with or without a t-shirt. Men can wear shorts, with or without a t-shirt. Less is better since the room is heated.
